Biography: Dr. Lee is a Professor in the Department of Crop Sciences. He got his Ph.D. at South Dakota State University.
Mission Statement: Dr. Lee improves perennial grass production systems for sustainable biomass and bioenergy feedstocks. His research focuses on increasing genetic and abiotic stress tolerances of perennial grasses. He finds new ways to integrate perennial grasses into row cropping systems to improve sustainability, ecosystem services, and water quality.
